Education is for all. Every child has the right for education irrespective of their abilities. In my opinion, Inclusive education means providing knowledge and opportunities to every child in the classroom equally. Inclusivity holds great promise as educators work to eliminate the opportunity gap, ensure safety, and empower individuals and groups who have been marginalized. Inclusive practices promise to guide all students and support their development toward engaged citizenship in an informed society (Howley 2020).

As an educator, Different strategies must be inculcated in the class for effective deliverance of knowledge. Peer learning, individual attention, adopting various audio-visual means in the class room can effectively engage all students including especially abled children in the knowledge construction. Having good social skills has enabled students with disabilities to harness positive networks and relationships with the school community, which improved their learning experiences and outcomes (S. M Abebe 2023). Peer learning and individual care of a teacher can effectively motivate them and eventually self confidence level in them will be elevated.

Educators can create safer learning space for the kids by providing them mental support as they may not unveil their worries and tensions to their parents too. I strongly believe that every educator should first identify and then provide necessary counselling to come out of their shell and find their inborn talents and abilities.

I would like to cite an instance from my life where I met a child who found difficulty in writing and reading. Initially, I though it was he was not interested in school lessons, but later only, I found out his inability to write. Through proper counselling, he could make his drawing talent to reach its peak which enabled him to bag various award in interschool competitions. I strongly believe that inclusive education provides magic in young minds.
